The back 5 is bound to stay the same, although I do have serious concerns about the form of Blanchard and Purse, our supposed best players.

Don't know how Macca got on at Morecambe, but for me, he's been poor in the other games I have seen him in, on the other hand I think PCH has looked promising and I hear he changed the game at Morecambe. Baz the obvious option on the left.

In the middle, I think Hourihane will play well off Jenkins, and we might have a good combo here.

The front two unchanged please.

On a side note, It is so refreshing to read the teamsheet and to not see Luke Young's name, possibly the worst footballer I have ever seen play for Plymouth Argyle football club.

It's a Grange Hill reference, Cobes. Before your time, I would imagine. Tucker Jenkins was played by Todd Carty, who you're more likely to know as Mark Fowler in Eastenders. Just showing my age...

Cobi's so young he probably doesn't even know Mark Fowler from eastenders, and is planning to run away to France with his maths teacher.

keep the same team if possible maybe change the argie for cowan-hall preferably and don't play long ball against luggy. Attack Southend.

I will select the team the same way as the manager, put the thirty squad members into a hat and pull out the first eleven. the score three nil to southend.

I agree with most of your side knecht, especially if Bhasera is fit, but even if Griffiths miraculously makes it off the treatment table, do you honestly think two goal Feeney will be dropped?

And he most certainly shouldn't be!

It's touch & go whether Griffiths gets the nod over Feeny. I think it would probably depend upon how certain they were of Griffiths' fitness. If there's any doubt he would swap with Feeney & come on as sub to win the game.

Why shouldn't he, Cobi? He didn't start the last home game & he scored two penalties - he didn't score from open play. Even I scored a penalty once - and I was a keeper!

Feeney gives an awful lot to the team. Granted, he doesn't score many. But Feeney would be better in the hole going down the middle. He is good at shielding the ball and creating chances for his other striker. His enthusiasm and energy on the pitch is something that none of our other players come close to.

Couldn't disagree more!!!! Feeney isn't that good at shielding the ball. In the short time I've seen Madjo, he looked to have more energy, vision, height & strength. And in the even shorter time I saw Griffiths he looked like he was the bees-knees.

appreciate your opinion. However I don't think any footballer at the club has more energy than Feeney, he busts a gut for the team week in week out.

Hes a poor passer of the ball, he is unable to run, he is slow, he is immobile, he is weak and constantly gives away possession, I really can't think of a single positive about Luke Young

He's not a poor passer, he's been a bit on/off with some of his passing this season under pressure. He was on the other hand sublime at Burnley and has had (imo) great halves of games. He's drifted in and out too much and has had trouble adapting to playing in the middle of the park. Surely you gotta admit he was good out right last season?

He's got great passing when on form (he's just had a few bad spells), he's got cracking vision and creativity. I don't think he's immobile either, he moves into space to pick up the ball better than most of our side.

He's not adapted the best to playing in the middle at times, his speed of thought has been lacking, resulting in his getting pushed off the ball too much and making the wrong choice. I think when things begin to click for him there he'll be a great CM. None of Barcelona's players are big and meaty, they've got talent and they try and keep the ball and always be in space to pick it back up. I've wager a fiver that he's in a higher league than this one in 4 years time (I've got a long memory).

Luke Young isn't strong enough at present to play every week.......he will be stopped dead in his development at this age if playing too much first team football during his growing years.
