| you would have thought by now councils would automatically tell him to f off when he comes sniffing around or buys up something with pipe dreams of developing it how many times does he need to prove he cant deliver at all and isnt worth investing with or in. |

Dont be getting your hopes up he will find a way to delay it of course he will as we all know it’s not his M.O but it must be nearly time to get out I gather his already had the grants & subsidies related to it im quessing strangled as much out of it as he possible can pull the emergency parachute payment then flog it on to the next chump to finish it off …does that sound familiar |
