sounds good but are the skins crispy though?

30mins pressure cooking then 10 mins to crisp the skin if you prefer

i do like a crispy skin on a jacket, i tend to do a light coating of olive oil with salt n pepper before putting them in the oven for an hour after softening them in the microwave first to perfect that. i'm going to look into the ninja soon Smile

went with Jewish penicillin (chicken soup) tonight with matzo balls.

matzo balls can get f-ed next time (horrible) and dumplings would be far better to this fantastic soup.
