Poor performance (apart from the first goal that was excellent). Outplayed by a mid-table league 2 side, who were better in the challenge and better at keeping possession than us. Only their inability to take chances, plus some pub-league defending for the second goal, got us through it.

Good to see Ennis back, but hard to see us staying anywhere near the play off spots on that performance.

Sums it up quite nicely, so we were better than them

Thought Argyle were in control in the first half and great cross and header for the goal. It was fairly certain that Rochdale were going to give it beans early in the second and they completely seized the initiative resulting in that fabulous strike for the equaliser. Seemed to wake Argyle up a bit and for all the talk about Rochdale creating chances it was Argyle who went closest with the two shots that hit the woodwork, lovely curling effort from Mayor. It was a relief though when Jeffers smacked that one in, a rare Argyle set piece goal-still took a good save from Cooper to keep us ahead and into the next round. Two not very convincing TV performances but having said that most clubs would settle for the two results obtained and the chance of a decent third round draw. Harrogate away is my favourite.

Liverpool would be great, given Lowe is a red.

Terrible performance from Argo. I think the Rochdale manager was a bit surprised by how shit we are and more than a bit aggrieved his team didn't take their numerous chances to bury us in the second half.

As I cant mention the player concerned I do find it comical that he's now actually praised.......for errr doing the job he's actually paid for

Nonetheless the two crosses he came for and completely missed in the first half were par for the course

Was watching MOTD FA CUP highlights and the general feeling from the panel was that the first goal should have not counted and the second goal should have not counted.

First was due to an offside leading up to the first goal and the second goal was from a misplaced corner.

Makes a change to work in our favour, not to forget the ball might appear to not be on the line but as long as a part of the circumference is then it’s legal.
