He was always expecting a big job to become available, and he didn't have to wait long. He's not ready to retire from football, move to Cornwall and manage Argyle just yet. Oh joy, we're stuck with fletcher and his 'mentor' at least until the trap door opens and probably longer.

Think it'll work out well for them. Very good Manager at Championship level and has promoted quite a few sides now (across the football league).
