According to the Bolton News, Oztumer requested to terminate his contract last month, but was forced to appeal after being turned down by the club's administrators. After a appeal he has come a Free Agent?

Dale and one of the Bury players had an argument live on air on Talksport this morning. Dale asked Jim White to speak to Jill Neville (Bury club secretary and Gary and Phil's mum) to back up his cleaims- she has apparently resigned this afternoon. They've got to get Dale out now, or Bury are gone.
