I was under the impression Del thought Argyle had turned a corner with the new talking partnership of Grant and Edwards. Maybe I heard wrong.

Fact is that this defence played on saturday so it was part of the cornerstone or false dawn as it appears,

venom is shit btw people,

I reckon the grass was too green clashing with the shirts, will be interesting to hear Derek's interview (excuses).

So glad I walked up the road to my local and didn't give a second thought to Argo playing tonight.

Thank God there's more to life than shit football, i.e cold beers at your local, talking shit with your mates and grabbing a piping hot bag of chips on your way home - bliss.

Edwards probably couldn't hear Grant's instructions over the din of the crowd, three times.

Over on the farm the prevailing excuse seems to be the players were not up for it. No, they were up for it - they're just very very very shit players.

They’re in complete denial about virtually every aspect of how the club is ran both on and off the pitch.
The most deluded bunch of Supporters on a single forum in the history of sport surely.

If we had won, the deluded ones would have been shouting from the roof tops "two wins in a row" Where's the DA out brigade now? "We're going up"..... bla bla bla.

But, because we lost, it's just a tinpot cup, it means nothing, meh, forget it, roll on Saturday! LOL

Fickle bastardooooos.

From where I'm sitting the club looks like a basket case on and off the pitch, the season has relegation written all over it.
Only a statue can save us. geek

No escaping what a shit result that is, being turned over by a mid-table League Two reserve team. The context of it being the Associate Member's Cup matters not a jot; it was a chance to kick on and build confidence after two decent results. Momentum lost, or at least disrupted, at best.

On the bright side the competition is a travesty that no self-respecting club, given a choice, should be a part of and we've been KOed at the earliest possible opportunity so as not to lend it any credence or dignity by virtue of our success in it.

Well done Argyle!!
