Your track record is not good when it comes to assessment of players. You had JJ, Sawyer, Bradders, GC and others as either ''poundland'' or ''released'' and unless you were asleep during the last year you would have noticed we were promoted. I worry that you may start placing bets on the chances of a player being any use - if you do you'll end up as poor as me.

Adams has a mixed track record of bringing in players but when he gets it right he certainly gets its right, so lets hope this is one of them.

Every manager has a mixed track record when it comes to player recruitment, some more mixed than others, overall Derek has done extremely well particularly so given Brents austerity budget limits his choices.
looks like Derek yet again is having to draw on his knowledge and experience of when he was at Ross County.
The signing isn't confirmed yet but if he does come - let's hope he's not another Goodwille.

This signing is in my opinion is short term Barrel scraping nonsense, a player who has failed at several clubs over the last few years.

I think the truth is Ricks, this guy is the only striker we can get on a Brent Budget, and thats because Celtic seem desperate to offload him!
Another Goodwillie, type misfit signing it looks to me, lets hope i'm wrong.

Looks like he has talent to burn, but who knows whether he'll have the application? This could either be very good, or very, very bad.

Adams does his homework on his signings and has had reasonable successes, however the baggage could be a concern (a la Goodwillie) but if this signing comes off lets support the player to be successful with Argyle.

Should be ok, it's only Division three football after all.

th last celtic striker we had on loan something Sheridan was a lazy shit so he cant be any worse than that i hope!
