Fair enough. It's hard to imagine Chesterfield getting another shot at the League 1 playoffs. Portsmouth have to be a better long-term bet.

I think they will be bossing league 2 next season now they have established themselves off the field more and have a good manager and not an pompey legend who is better of coaching not managing like with whittingham and awford.
