Apparently the eighth largest in League 2.

Argyle's included 38 transactions - 14 new Reg/ Transfer; 10 Updates (I guess contract renewals?); 3 Cancellations; 11 Loans.

The full report can be downloaded via Coventry's website (only 8 pages). Exeter spent a grand and Torquay £12k. The highest was Scunthorpe who spent £121k on agents fees.
