Does anybody have any links to a list of successfully fulfilled promises/contracts by James Brent and his Akkeron group of companies anywhere in the South West. Just how competent is he in bringing projects to a properly successful completion is really what I'm after.

His reputation is taking a few body blows at the moment and wonder if fans' fears can be in anyway allayed by studying his successful flagship projects of the recent past.

Oldway Mansion: not started, been dragging on for who knows how long.
Pavilions: not started.
HHP: not started.
Civic centre: not started.

That's about the size of it.

The sooner we - as a nation, I mean - stop thinking that people with money are somehow cleverer and better than anybody else, the better.

So in actual fact, Mr Brent as candidly admitted to 'making many mistakes every day' and has, in actual fact, delivered absolutely nothing in respect of promises and contracts in the South West. Whilst at the same time supposedly accumulating more wealth.

Awesome

We use a computer system in work which tracks building projects. When it moves from tender stage it states who the contract was awarded too.

At this stage there is Just a preferred bidder. Which means Brent hasn't even placed an order yet

The fans of PAFC completely divided, done, paid up and signed off by building control.
