First half was dreadful. Took us 30 minutes to have a concerted spell of pressure in their half. Only some last ditch defending and wastefulness on the part of the York strikers saved us going in at half time behind. As others have mentioned for previous matches, there seemed to be confusion between the players as to how the 3-5-2 system is supposed to work.

Reckford removed at HT, wisely as he seemed scared of having the ball and just clumped it up field whenever he got it. Not much happened until their goal, which was an excellent deep, early cross headed past McCormick. Surprisingly direct given how York had played. York remained dominant from then, and it really looked like it was going to fizzle out as a 1v0 until our goal. A rare foray into their half ended with a freekick. The initial delivery was headed on by (I think) Nelson before being driven in off a defender on the line by Obadeyi. The goal really galvanised us (perhaps helped by the substitutions and the change in formation) and, although we weren't great, I actually thought for the remainder of the game we looked more likely to score. Reid had a shot cleared off the line and Obadeyi was causing their RB some bother. If we could play like the last 30 minutes all the time we might get further up the table.

Would like to see Obadeyi get a whole game against Lincoln, he looked like a guy who could make things happen. It's a sad state of affairs when a Bury reject looks the most promising attacking force in our team, but there it is. Given how we played I suppose we have to be happy with the point.

Cheers. Good for you attending. I was chuffed when we equalised. We aren't a bottom six/ten side.

What's a bottom 6/10 side? I was chuffed when we equalised too, was even more chuffed when it turned out to be Tope Obadeyi 6Th career goal , maybe he might have something. I hope so

Surprised no mention of Lukes performance as other reports say he kept us in the game in the first half. Whatever your thoughts are about whether he should be playing for us or not he has been in great form and an absolute rock in that defence. IMO long may it continue.

Yep! This collection of garbage 'players' is a bottom third outfit. Anyone who thinks otherwise is seriously deluded. It's all br*nt will fund.

As for the Bury reject - if he's shite he'll stay or if he does turn out to be any good he'll go back to Bury. Either way we're f***ed.

BRENT OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our only hope in this case is that we sign him and when he turns out to be decent. We sell him for a sixpenny "Plymouth Price" profit.

As it stands. I'll bet my left leg we'll finish above 13th this season. Having seen most teams in this league, most of them are much of a muchness. There aren't many teams who stand out. Yesterday we drew a game that we would have lost last season. 5th and 17th

The truth is if these players were any good they would not be here.

That's right but the task is that our poor players will be better than other poor players and then we can make progress back to where we belong.

I think it's imperative that we get back to at least the middle of league 1 before Brenty legs it with his asset stripping profits and we get hit with the inevitable ten points because we are in admin again. If it happened at the moment we would be fooked.

A draw is a draw and a point is a point.

Glad Argyle did not lose,5 unbeaten now. It was an ok-ish result for Argyle, especially with the FA Cup coming up.

Lincoln City got hammered yesterday at Forest Green Rovers,so i expect they are not looking forward to the long trip down for the FA Cup replay on Wednesday.
