I'm afraid he is partly to blame. As we have all seen this division is not exactly blessed with footballing talent. All that is needed is some good coaching to have the players play to the style and formation that the manager wants and make sure they are fit, which is something that has been sadly lacking for the last few seasons. When Luggy was manager (I'm not saying he was the answer or the messiah) but the players were fitter, they knew their role and played as a team and look where that got us.
