the thing is when im in the bar before the game & on the terraces during it you dont see any of this posturing stuff.
sure theres some 'mr argyles' out there but these usually melt away once you ask of their argyle experiences and you can enjoy the ale & the game.

I find it quite funny. And quite sad at the same time.

The more worrying aspect, although people like him are not intelligent enough to realise, is that there a lot of people who don't want the club any more.

Some of that is due to the dreadful performances on the pitch over the last few years, some to the shenanigans off the pitch, and some more recently to the likes of Webb and Newell and their 'boys'.

If anyone is repulsive, it's those two.

I think the best point raised is that less and less people don't want to bother with argyle. The constant let downs. Constantly settling for the cheap Option and that was before pre admin and now you have people like Webb and Newell using the club as a vessel to expand there own ego's


I can take it or leave it these days to be fair.

If brent gets the nod from pcc and the boxed in ground, down an alleyway becomes reality, the self promoting ones will get the club they deserve. There will still be the odd foray into the 3rd tier because Argyle remains the biggest underachieving city club in the land but that's as good as it will get.

No vision. No class. Just pure, unadulterated big time Charlies with village mentality.

Aviva and brent chose well.

The lunatics have taken over the asylum, like kids let loose in a sweet shop.
