Once again though once we've vented our anger the considered response is to oppose this on planning grounds, not because its supported by a group of arse licking pricks.

Judging from what I've read so far the whole access to the site during match days is chaotic. Don't forget that some match days will clash with some of the busiest times for recreation activities. How the hell is the traffic going to cope if we somehow are in contention for promotion and have Pompey at home on Easter Monday?

Have the Herald printed anything that is critical of the PASB yet? They appear happy to allow the Trust to get slated but nothing about the PASB farce.

AFT are taking yet another undeserved pasting on there from the friends of Brent.

There is going to be a divide in the fanbase for a very long time to come i fear.

I don't normally comment on other sites, but I did feel moved to do so when I read the article. When an odious individual like that gets wheeled out to support Brent, then something is very wrong.

What would it take for one of us to get space in the Herald giving the REAL fan's view?

Probably double the price no doubt. Worth an a look its about time the herald were made to stick to their regulations and guidelines and reported the whole story and not one side. If we were to believe the herald there would be no one against the small stand being built when in truth there are very very few fans who want that stand built the way it is with no plans or room to double the capacity at most in the future.

The annoying thing about the article is that it is written in a way as though it looks as if The Trust sanctioned it...even in the title it says 'Get behind James Brent - says Founder of the Argyle Trust'.

this article is nothing more than an excuse to have a pop at the trust, nothing more or less. Lee doesn't even make any real arguments for us having a smaller stand that cant be extended or expanded in the future other than repeat the pasoti tagline of just be forever grateful he saved the club.

The taxpayers saved the club by buying the stadium Lee remember that!!

also worth remembering Andy Symons already gave an interview to the herald stating the trust isnt against the developments! like ATD (most not all) members arent and many fans aren't against it either that your call for unity article thats backfired on you was aimed at.

Its the stand and only the stand that is the issue, by building it landlocked into the complexes and at that size without scope for future developments it will backfire horribly on the club and its fans for decades to come. 4,800 would be fine now yes but IT WONT be in the future and that is the issue and must be addressed if you want this UNITY you called for before insulting fans to happen.

If you wish to be an MP you might start by actually listening/reading what fans are saying instead of telling them what they think.

I love the fact that Newell has to make a comment in the Herald anonymously, but the thick fat cnut uses a phrase he loves using about needing a shower after reading this site. You need a shower full stop fatty in this heat.

I wouldn't be over the moon if the Brent plans go ahead, I don't intend putting another penny into a club infested with these ass-lickers and liars, but Newell and Postey would probably have to commit suicide to avoid being the laughing stock of Plymouth if the plans are laughed out of the planning meeting and their fwiend James wasn't allowed to build the pile of shit and decided to feck off.

I do like the photo of Jameson with the highlights in his hair. It must be an old photo though because fat poofs with blonde highlights is so last year dahling.

They are all so upset about the Trust as the Trust was only really set up to deliver the club into JB's hands, now they have lost control they have to buy PASOTI and ban all the dissenting voices that they can get away with. If they were interested in democratic process they would get involved with the Trust, but their interest is in control, and with the pro Brent camp being the minority they have to resort to tactics like this.
Womble, I am getting involved in the fight on these boards and more so off of them, don't get ATD mixed up with a political party, it is a talking shop, a sounding board where you can bounce ideas around, let off steam and have a good rant. Pasoti has been hi jacked to be used by Akkeron as their PR channel and there are a lot of us who are happy to provide an option to that heavily censored piece of propaganda. We know why people feel so strongly about pasoti and it's owners and yes men, why not have a go at them, whilst they keep "popping" we keep responding, childish maybe, but they started it!

As I mentioned in the other thread, Brent/ Herald are trying to make it look as though the Trust supports the development- with the heavy reference to Jameson's Trust founding status to the misquote today from Andy Symons- despite the Trust having concerns. I wonder if Jones is behind this latest propaganda routine (Joseph G. would be proud)?

I bet there'll be an interview with someone like "former Trust leader", Webb, tomorrow.

Have to say after reading this, despite my veiws being quite nuetral on the whole situation, Brent is making himself out to be a complete numpty. Its so obvious who is behind this, i dont know much about the puppets but those who do need to start proving the links between the two and publising it where they can so more people can see whats really going on.

I also think that as many people as possible should write to the new CEO to get webb removed as president.

The club is becoming a joke.

The worse thing is our local paper that should be impartial seem to be in someone's pocket aswell.

Thats why i dont buy and never will buy the paper, it has always been that way.
