I've often thought about what animal I'd chose if I could only feast on ONE type, for the rest of my life.

I tinkered with chicken. But ATEOTD, it's just, well, chicken.

It would have to be Pig.

Bacon
Pork chop
Gammon
Sausage
Pork mince
Pigs liver

Yep, pig for me.
