We dont need one its show be a title given to someone held in very high regard. The fact its been cheapen over the years by some japanese player i've never heard of and chris webb. i would scrap the title.

Nah. I think his brother Bol has the better credentials myself. The president used to be a figurehead, a name in the programme, a man rewarded for many years service to the club, one who kept in the background, a dignified character who was non political etc. etc. As others have said the role has been dumbed down considerably with the unknown Jap installed on the promise of funds arriving from his home country and now the local Janner union man, a publicity whore who just doesn't know how to melt quietly in to the background. A poor poor choice by Brent but he had his reasons obviously.
