Maybe jespafc should stop and consider why so many long-standing fans are feeling the way greengenes, and LG (who on my facebook page has tonight posted that that's it for him afte 29 years of following Argyle) and so many others are feeling, rather than doling out cheap and childish abuse.

It's about time the club stopped to ponder this issue, too.

Apart from the name there is very little indeed to suggest to me that this is the club I have supported since 1969.

Amongst the usual there was a reference to what someone had heard in the pub (one of the better-known posters) about what is going on within the staff at the club. I have heard similar stuff via pms from 'interesting' sources as well. I know all about the Chinese whispers of rumours and how much credence should be put on them but if that sort of rumour is being spread you can bet your life that it will gain momentum. I said right from the beginning that the true mettle of Brent will be shown when the going got tough. I think that's undoubtedly now.

Also, I see Ottawa Green - definitely not one of the revolutionaries over there - referring to the various levels of inexperience in the hierarchies at the club including the local people whispering in his ear. I wonder who that might refer to?

Most people on this site have been saying it for months.

Today chants of 'f*cking embarrassing' and 'we want fletcher out' were sung in the away end.

Fletcher may be an "exceptional individual" but he has been a feckin Jonah at Argyle. Was he sent by Exeter to sabotage us?

The worst thing about him for me is that during all the time he's been manager, after God knows. how many awful, toothless performances like that shit we were made to endure yesterday, I can't remember him once saying something like "That's unacceptable, the players didn't do as I told them"

Never heard him say it was his fault for the team selection or tactics. Never heard him say it wasn't good enough for Plymouth Argyle, never heard him say how it was a disgrace for the fans who turn up in huge numbers to witness such a gutless, couldn't give a shit attitude from supposedly professional footballers.

It's always the refs fault, and we don't always get shit refs, the pitches fault, the weather's fault, any fuckin thing's fault other than his or the players he has recruited in huge numbers.

Never heard an apology or any suggestion that the team would be hauled in for extra training or just a bloody debrief. Never critical of his players and their stupidity in allowing themselves to be put in the position of being sent off, and under him it's been a frequent occurrence.

Get the feck out Fletcher, no passion, no pride, no belief.
