My car broke down on the Plympton by pass on the way to Burnley at the start of that run and I couldn't get to Loftus Road to see that "best performance in my lifetime" match.

Always think the best performance was the win at West Brom in the FA Cup run, Argyle had only once before reached as far as the fifth round and they went on to reach the Semi's. Happy Days

Negative. You can imagine the two of us, surrounded by the Rangers boot boys, groaning with them when Argyle scored and then sharing a grin at every opportunity

Sheer luxury. We found ourselves in the home skinhead end of Elland Road in the 73 FA Cup match with THE Leeds team. My brother jumped up and yelled when Derek Rickard scored. A foolish slip as it turned out.
