i used to watch a bit of local footie 20years ago worked with a bloke who followed saltash united!.

remember scampi & chips at millbrooks ground.
launceston nice burgers.

did quite a few grounds very enjoyable.

shame the likes of liskeard & saltash are no longer in the 'great mills' tier but travel costs must have been very high back then - clevedon away on a weds night.

What's going on here? Looks like the plastics are looking for success even at local level.
TCM, what would you think of me if I took my support from AFC Bargoed to that slick, financed, sponsored and coach travel everywhere lot, Aberbargoed Buds?
Just ask yourself!
As an aside if TCM is having Liverton I'm having Everpool. scratch

Sorry, Greenjock I missed your post. I was enraged by the thought of Aberbargoed Bud supporters wandering around Bargoed like they owned the place.

I admire your optimism in voting for AFC Bargoed's promotion and should this unlikely event occur you are cordially invited to join me at the clubhouse-the Capel Arms- for free curry and chips (or half and half) and a free pint.

I'm off to watch 'em tomorrow night. I expect commitment, skill and goals. Sound familiar? No, thought not.
Cheers, Greenjock. Curry and beer awaits.
