Blimey, that's a bolt from the blue. Used to go to his place at Lewdown for Sunday roast sometimes and he was a regular attender at Werrington CC when i was playing there. Hilarious comedian at his best, very sad news.

Sad news! Saw him when he appeared at the Whitsand Bay holiday camp before he became well know. Very funny. RIP.

The Camborne Wednesday was the joke that catapulted him to national fame on the Des O,Conner show. Saw him many times and knew him quite well he used to drink in my local a lot he always had time for his fans and would always come over and tell you a gag or two genuinely nice and very funny fella RIP.
RIP. As said above. A genuinely nice bloke who always had time for you. I had the pleasure of talking to him a couple of times over the years. One in his club and at a gig at the old Exmouth Road social club. Comedic wise, I always thought he was one of of a kind. Very sad.
