i see what he is doing here. He knows Raiders's owners are richer than he is by a big margin and Hallett too for that matter and he wants them to buy the pavillons off him by charging more than its worth for rent and hope they panic into either paying it or buying it. I personally think they should just go to simon and discuss building an area stadium on the carpark and just go play in a school gym till its built and feck brent off.

Just watch the shyster wants another pay day. However whatever he ends up getting for the Pavillions he pays back the loan to the council with it.
