How long has Brent had to build a modest ice shed on a straightforward easily accessed parcel of land, and still hasn’t broke ground?

The odds on him rebuilding the Clarence are on par with the odds on me winning the next EuroMillions.

So that's the Royal Clarence site sitting there for years now as a burnt out shell, bad news for the good folk of Exeter and many others who would like to see the hotel restored.

Don't any of these councils learn from Brent's previous purchases that have come to nothing- Oldway Mansion, Home Park, Pavillions, Civic Centre. As mentioned above, he'll just do nothing to the development, then demand more money further down the line.

I find it quite shocking that this person is even allowed to own/run a company, bearing in mind his historical twatbaggery and fuckdunkery.

true however the point remains he wont be building anything an the council of exeter will be coughing up to get it moving and nothing happens much like with torbay council and the idiots at plymouth council who he managed to fool several times.

It seems to be a genuine question, why not try answering it ?

he gave a written statement to itv news saying the same shit he says when he manages to win an auction and dropped in the working with the council line lol. I also noticed he put in the line times are tough.

I really and truly hope the people of exeter do their research into brent as those who are happy hes going to re build that hotel are in for a great disappointment and even if he does manage to get that done how will PCC look when he can succeed with that yet hasnt even laid a brick on 3 builidings sites he is meant to be building for over 5 plus years now.
