Still trying to work out what Arthur was banging on about. Looked like a man under pressure-hardly surprising because his team are absolutely crap at the moment.Well done to Root and England though,should win this one given that the pitch is starting to spit and spin and you can only beat the opposition in front of you.

When we got our flight back from Sri Lanka last March we were having a crack with the barmy army who had just flown out there in time for lockdown. O saw on the news last night that one of them stayed out there and was giving it large on the castle wall before he was moved on. Dedicated foreshore.

India v England series to be shown on channel 4 from tomorrow,first free to air test cricket since 2006 and the first ever overseas tour as far as i remember .Not before time,IMHO the lack of exposure has led to a major decline in cricket interest filtering down to all levels of the game.Astonished that Sky haven't got the rights,possibly too much to hope for a more long term trend away from subscription only but it's a start.
