Peterborough United have been cheated by EFL ruling says Barry Fry, but the club will use a ‘sickening’ setback as motivation for next season
Peterborough United director of football Barry Fry insists the club have been ‘cheated’ by an EFL statement today (May 21) which virtually assured Posh will not be winning promotion to the Championship this season.

£2.5m is being bandied around as the League1 cap figure, so provided we go up our playing budget will be similar to this year when Lowe stated it was £2.4m.

One thing is foreshore, we’d be out of business by now if this virus had popped up five years ago.

Anyway, I have some sympathy for Peterborough on their GD of +28 compared to our old friends Wycombe on +5.
