TV Pundits Tip Argyle As Strong Contenders

On the EFL highlights show on Saturday night, Sam Parkin and Dean Ashton, tipped Argyle as strong contenders for League Two success. Host, Colin Murray, stated "what a start for Ryan Lowe in his time there. I just think that is a great fit".

Good to see comments like that for a change !!. I like Murray, he always refers to us as Argyle, or Plymouth Argyle - not Plymouth like the majority say.

Glad I'm not the only one , Who gets upset when we get called "Plymouth" Not "Plymouth Argyle" or "argyle"

Unforgivable for a local pundit but nationally most people wouldn't know who Argye are.

Watch out for the shift to "Ryan Lowe's Plymouth Argyle". It's an insidious creep that happens to all successful managers.

Argyle/Argo should only be used by janners mumbling amongst themselves imo. Prefer us to be known as Plymouth elsewhere, don't get the faux rage.
