I've always thought that you can take the most average looking lady, put her in a pair of nice heeled boots, and it quite comfortably cranks her up one or two levels. In fact, I think they should be compulsory attire for most, excepting of course the ones who are a total lost cause.

Obviously cosmetic surgery should be compulsory and available on the NHS for all mingers, a decent boat and top bollocks are much more pleasing to the eye of the discerning gentleman
