Hi all. As an ordinary chap, I'm delighted to be sponsoring ATD,  the freest and fairest forum of them all.
While browsing, don't forget to click on my ordinary link, and buy my ordinary pasties.
A bit too much pepper ? Pastry like a wet Herald ?  Well, it's a matter of taste, and we won't be changing the recipe any time soon.
Have a good game.

Talking of 'ordinary chaps', I see 'Jon b' was correctly identified by some on here, as a man on a mission in the little Argyle world and has used his corporate governance [bollox] skills, to worm his way into the club as secretary. Also heartwarming to see the trust leader smiling lovingly at the fine gentleman, to earn his place in the DB.

How desperate to 'be someone' at HP people are and how well the puppet master plays them, in order to do his worst for PAFC.

Yes he was all "Corporate governance" and "I am known to be robust" then he complained he was being hacked and we never heard from him again.

Cheers then Jon

This.

Didn't want to stand and argue his corner, not surprising when he'd already been shown the easy route to the top table.

It's funny but this is the one site that has stood by the Trust and its concept. Both Giddyians have flounced, withdrawn membership, tried to plant Funtime Frankie and generally attempted to infiltrate, undermine and quiet the Trust. The concept of "critical friend" is exactly that between this site and the Trust. There are views on here who want a politically more assertive Trust, and I understand why, but it is always done from a starting point of wishing for a supporter's collective.

Just a reminder for the big game. It'll be pasty wars down at Barn Park tonight. Forget that awful over peppered limp wrist Dewdney trash and try an "Ordinary Chaps" pasty from our van. Proud sponsors of ATD
More turnip than you can shake a stick at, with pastry to die for. Life doesn't get any sweeter.

Sir John has an idea for a not for profit pasty company but like Blackadder's Methodist Aunt and Uncle all it seems to contain in Turnip. Very Happy

Just a quick reminder for all our new refugees who fell down the Pasoti wabbit hole wecently. The Ordinary Chaps match day pasty van is down at Barn Park today, as we are on all match days. All set up and selling fast. So if you're about to pootle up Wembley Way, don't forget to stock up.
Turnip, potato and a lot more besides. No lashings of pepper disguising the crap taste, no limp over- heated pastry. Just as nature intended. Made by the Cornish, eaten by the Cornish.

Ordinary Chaps are proud sponsors of ATD since it's inception. You get 5 free posts on ATD with every purchase. PM your voucher code to one of the mods.
