Getting back to the politics, how on earth did these civil engineers manage to do something so efficient without the oh so skilled, super human, where's the camera, armed forces getting in on the act ?

The money we spend on the endless investigation about what needs doing, how's it going to be funded and when could be better spent on maintenance like they did in the old days, stops a lot of major damage.

TGWU posts in a really odd Captain Caveman style. He was also nasty to me once. I can't remember the details but I think he said I wasn't awesome.
