How come he could advertise ground tickets for the Exeter game on the 16th Sept when Argyle site states there will not be any on general sale?

I find it amusing that there is some kind of pecking order every-time on the black pasty with the fat controller and his chums occupying the table seats while the minions get the cheap seats.
Its all about being someone at HP these days.
