James's vision is make as much money to keep his wife in the lap of luxury from this property development and sell up asap. He has no interest beyond that dont be fooled that he is ere for the long term.

the stand is the bare minimum he could get away with and isnt ambitious or even going to that much money (£1m isnt going to be much and i doubt it will go into the club) and if stunting a clubs growth so nandos can have a restaurant there is sheer personal greed from brent and not thinking about the club at all.

Build it like it is now but make it so a decent owner in the future can add to it without having to relocate the club to a new stadium.

Uh duh !

Only if you think 40% is roughly 50%.

In the interest of relevance let's look at the last 20 years, whoops, just 30%, the delusion just keeps on happening.

Please do, three full seasons above you, that's the footballing equivalent for us of inhaling a baby grand piano.

A whole 3 seasons in your entire existence? That must warrant a trophy surely?

Er no, that would be 4 times dumb ass but who would expect you to be up on something as trivial as football.

I bet that's what is says on your honours board "4 times higher placed than Argyle!"

Can you get t-shirts with that printed on them? I expect you could sell at least 3 or 4.

Ah, the graspers at historical straws.

First off Swindon ain't in the South West, but if they were they have a Premiership history as well as a major trophy in ther cabinet, making them a far bigger club than you.

Did I mention Yeovil could be in the Championship in a week or so, it ain't about size, it's about what you do with what you got.
