At least Fletch must be doing something with these piss poor 'players' that Reid couldn't. I always said we needed to replace monkey heed with someone who could at least organise these rubbish players into some sort of co-ordinated unit that is not so easy to beat all the time. Is Fletch pulling this off? The next few matches will tell.

Fletch must be doing something right, any result is remarkable considering the players wage deals and insecurity at the moment.

We got lucky yesterday, and everyone needs luck, but the same old second half colapse and relegation psychology is still there, three or four games into his reign. We're miles off the pace and bottom of the league.
Everyone wishes him well, who wouldn't, but from reports I have got, it's the same old crap... in the real word of football, every football team that gets relegated usually wins at least 8 games a season ... I should hope we could beat Daggers given their state.
