| I had a Facebook friend request about a week ago from someone I didn't know, but they were friends with a couple of people on here, and with a mate back in Cornwall who doesn't post on any forums so I accepted.
We exchanged a couple of messages about mutual friends etc and I see him post about Argyle sometimes but earlier I was browsing on Facebook and he had posted a picture of him eating a big pasty on st pirans day and among the comments was one from Tony feckin Hooper!
I left Hooper a couple of messages. |

| He's friends with Newell as well  I just had a look through Newells photos, feck knows what Hooper Edited by Frank - I know the comment was aimed at Snooper but the other person mentioned isn't involved in all of this. |

Hmmmm I know what you mean but I don't normally keep many friends once they have met me so I take whatever I can get. |

Lots of people some of my friends have over a 1000 but haven't met about 600 of them, sometimes they're friended because they see yu post soemthing mildly interesting. |

| baffeld that people would be 'friends' with persons theyve never met..............
maybe thats the problem ,is that 'friends' on the net or indeed facebook are NOT friends, maybe contacts or acquaintance would be more apt?
