What is going on?

Im worried. But exactly how is our team supposed to be trying to play? So far in the home games we have seen a strict 4-5-1, 4-2-3-1, 4-1-4-1 and 4-4-2. Today we started with 4-4-2, like last time, with a different 2 which meant dropping one of the 2 to the bench despite him having scored last time. I understand that we have had injuries and have had to make do but things are getting beyond silly now. We need to establish a shape that we are trying to play through urgently. In fact we should have had this nailed pre-season.

Never mind ....me and some others knew ages ago that Carl was out of his depth and that Pasoti and its ilk were propping up a poisonous regime.
Sit back and enjoy as the likes of Andy the Commie and Spotty Green Sam,squirm and do a total u turn from backing Fletch one minute to wanting him out the other.

I'm probably closer to both Andy and Sam than you in outlook but every week we see different personelle playing in a different shape. It can't help. Does anybody know what our preferred formation is let alone who the best 11 to fill it are?

I doubt it. He can see what pile of shit the 'team' and 'manager' are and would rather sit on the bench at his own club.

The reason why basic things like team formations have not been nailed is just obviously down to Fletcher struggling to do his job trough lack of experience and knowledge. BRENT IS RESPONSIBLE for this mess, cannot possibly see how form is going to improve in the current climate at HP. On current form it is highly likely Barnet will beat us - 1pt out of 9 against the three bottom clubs is laughable if it was'nt so predictable and pathetic.

Today we saw a 4 1 5 formation used for the last ten minutes, and we still barely scored from dodgy penalty decision followed by an equally dodgy penalty. We had 5 strikers on the field playing in a line leaving Luke Young as the CDM. Carl didn't change it once we scored allowing them to easily overrun us and get in a position to score.

The man just doesn't have a clue.

At half time it obviously wasn't,t working, even sparksey as asking why we didn't change things around. T he trouble I have is that he will stick to his guns no matter what. Most managers would have tinkered with things when we went 1 down, Fletch waited until 60 minutes later to make a sub, why?
