I never expected a reply seen as the club posted this months and months ago.

It is basically a port of communication between the club and institution promoting offers etc, as well as trying to get the club extra supporters.

I applied to be Ambassador for ATD....

Hi Rickler

Thank you for your response to the posting for our new Argyle Ambassador Programme.

We are thrilled in your willingness to help promote and spread the word of the Plymouth Argyle in hopes to build our Green Army force.

Being an ambassador for ATD would work. Would you be able to post fixture lists on notice boards? Or would you be leaning towards word of mouth?

We would also like to have a bit more information from you to insure that we can keep in contact upon any updates or changes.

If you could provide a phone number as well as an address that we could send items to help you in your role.

Keep it Green!

Clay Roper

El Ambasadore.... I am at your service.

Do you get the hugely important NVQ in ambassadorship for this, or is it just an Argyle thing ? ... do you have to stop posting on ATD ? does it count as work experience ? ... just asking.

And does this all too candid revelation scupper your chances of a high flying job in Exeter with the Metoffice ?

All-powerful Presidents, Teenage Ambassadors, 4 year olds voting in the GASBoard ballot.

It's not a football club, it's a frickin' Banana Republic.

A banana republic it is.... for a banana city.
Us Plymouth citizens might not think Plymouth is banana, but while Tudor Evans and James Brent wax lyrical about the Plymouth future, Exeter University has been told by those in power in no uncertain terms that it will not qualify to join the lifeboat and newly reformed 'redbrick university' brand that will bring in millions, while it keeps it's relationship with Plymuff... get ready for the divorce chaps.

Perhaps the rest of the country, like me, ain't convinced with Brent's vision of the future for the 'muff', and find it difficult to ally themselves with a city with an incinerator, nuclear dump, and whatever is next for the city that just can't say to no.

We've got a president who 98% of Argyle supporters have never heard of.

We've got a big flag.

A mural for a player who has been with us for five minutes.

Forza Shitta.

Brent's debt has been greatly reduced thanks to Nikkk buying stuff from Pbay.

We have shirts that don't fit.

Next...........

Don't start me off on Pastygate.

It represents all that is wrong with this newly formed club.
I am reminded when someone I knew well advertised all over the Sunday Independent that he had 30 years business experience. The trouble was that experience wasn't in the business he was advertising.

Just be reading up on the divorce between Exeter and Plymouth Medical Schools. Missed that story but it makes my heart sink. A world class set up being split up on what looks like a political funding whim. I wonder what the Chairman of one of the biggest recruiters of NHS staff in the region thinks about the split.

Doesn't appear to be any quotes from him on the subject or enforcing regional pay awards for that matter. Is the press being soft on him possibly. Can't think union bods are happy.

Another unassuming member of the cabal shouting from the rooftops about how he is now accepted into the inner circle.

Whatever happened to quietly going about your business.
