He'll be released when he's 54, still well capable of repeating this or something similar.

It does say at least 21 years so I would take that as him needing to apply for parole and show how sorry he is, and I don't think this guy is capable of humility or remorse so no doubt he's in for life.

That was the maximum sentence they could give. I think I read somewhere that said Norway's legal system doesn't have the sentencing guidelines in place to deal with such crimes due to them having one of the lowest recorded crime rates in the Western world
