Smoke grenade at Home Park

I see a fan has been found guilty of taking a smoke grenade to "a designated sports venue or sports event" -- Home Park


He must have had the worst defence lawyer every if he failed to convince the Court that Home Park doesn't qualify as a sports venue, Argyle haven't been involved in a "sports event" for about 6 years and that anyone doing anything to obscure the view of the pitch must have been acting in the public good!

It's probably worth mentioning that it wasn't an Argyle fan, it was some pillock supporting Oxford.

Wasn't even a proper smoke grenade, just one of them piddling paint-balling ones, rubbish effort.......next

Obviously it wasn't an Argyle fan, if it was he would have waved his season ticket and pleaded insanity.

Does that bloody great flag qualify as obscuring someone's view as well?

Perhaps we could get Lasagne Verde arrested en masse?

That is some effort to avoid having to watch the game...most of us just don't bother going.
