Argyle's Pitch Empty
PostSubject: Argyle's Pitch   Argyle's Pitch EmptyThu May 31, 2012 5:30 pm

I see there's a debate on Pasoti about Inscapes doing some maintenance work on the pitch at Home Park. I guess this is JB's way of helping them with some income (after the old board reneged on any payment c. £400k)

At the Q&A I think Oddball (?) questioned JB on whether Inscapes would get their money back (for initially laying the pitch 2 years ago) and JB responded that they wouldn't and he was sad by that. He did say that he had been talking to them and I think alluded to helping Inscapes - which appears to be what he is doing now.

A nice move from JB as the pitch did not appear to be too bad at the end of the season- perhaps its being prepared for the pass and move football for next season Very Happy

I agree, it's not Brent's fault for the situation of Inscapes, they can thank Stapes, Todd and Gardener and Co. for that mess but it does show excellent good will by Brent and the club.
