| 7 point lead and 9 points over the festive period, can't be bad. Thought the first half was a pretty good end to end sort of game, MKD were quite dangerous at times going forward and Argyle looked vulnerable at times but by the same token there always seemed to be a goal or two in Argyle and so it proved. Two assists and a rasping finish off the post for Whitaker-from set piece zero's to set piece kings in two games and great to see the centre backs getting among the goals.Second half was a strange affair after Argyle scored, MKD had a couple of close shaves almost immediately but the rest of the game just seemed to peter out and comfortable enough in the end-looked like Schuey took the close it out option by bringing Butcher on to stiffen the midfield. Onus on the other teams to catch Argyle now,we shall watch with much interest tomorrow. |

| Wouldnt say it was a great win against a team 21st in L1 we should be scoring a hat full against em..but a win is a win and it puts the pressure on Ipswich to try and get somethink up at Lincoln 2morw knowing already that we won and 7pts clears hopefully adds a bit of extra pressure on em |

| Don’t think we were at our best today but I suppose 3 matches in just over a week it’s to be expected, but a wins a win. |

There's a surprise Sheff Wed absolutely stuffing Cambridge and only a matter of time before Ipswich score in the totally one-sided affair at Lincoln. |

| Ends 1 1. Ipswich drop two points, Wednesday looking like the form team (with us) fook the playoffs, Bolton, Derby, Barnsley and Ipswich down there looks like a horribly tough group. Bolton stuffed Barnsley as well, didn't see that coming and obviously going to be full of confidence come Saturday when we play them. |

Freathers posts something actually objective about once a year. The other 364 days are spent trolling for a reaction. |
