Perhaps you spoke a little too soon? Things seem to have settled down somewhat, after the arrival of the new manager, and with a couple of weeks before the next game it could provide the opportunity to not only enter the transfer (or more likely loan?) market, but to impress his ideas even more on the squad. Anyway, happy New Years Greenies. Surely there are some wee nuggets that need moving on to a proper club? |

| Said when Exeter were promoted they would do well in their first season and possibly flirt with the play-offs but will be in a relegation scrap the following season. |

Possibly only to remind you that it's called 'building a squad". Expect Archie Collins to go in the next few days ( a reminder - he's a Youth scheme product) as the new manager builds a squad to prevent what many of you greenies seem to think of as the inevitable - ie a complete collapse next season. At least our ownership doesn't have to rely on your sugar daddy divesting himself of his financial investment by bringing in finance from New York. |

An ownership model that relies entirely on selling academy kids to survive, is on hugely dodgy ground. In Exeters case, this is increasingly alarming for them, principally due to the complete overhaul and ongoing investment going into Argyles Academy. Going forward, this can have nothing but a detrimental effect when it comes to attracting young talent to City. Argyles youth system, historically, was rank amateur. Now it very much isn’t. That’s nothing but bad news for City. |

| Just been doing some update work for football manager and ive seen the greeks have raided the old folks home and dragged two guys out of retirement to fill backroom roles (graham barlow as a tactical awareness coach and malcolm crosby as chief scout) and what made me laugh out loud was this guy jon pitts being hired as head of wellbeing....
if caldwell starts saying weird shit like hoddle did when he had one of those on his england backroom staff you only yourselves to blame lol |

| He seemed to do quite well at Bolton and their fans seem a bit mystified why he's been sold/free xferred to Exeter. |

| I always liked Aimison, not sure he would have taken the step up from here but not sure who all the much superior players were we signed after him that would have kept him out of the team? |
