We can't win against the better sides so season continues to peter out with another loss. Injury ravaged Argo could be in for a mauling today.
Argo 0-3 Oxford Utd

Argo 0-3 Oxford Utd
Bit of a funny thing to say as Argyle won 3-1 at Oxford earlier in the season but plus ca change. Need to keep the back door shut against a free scoring Oxford team who also let a few in.
Argo 2 Oxford 1

Of the five games (obv. not counting the Burton game) we've got against those jostling about us this is the one we've just got to win.
And I think we will.

Referees up date
It’s an embarrassment, it really is. Get rid of him, sack him. Managers get sacked, why can’t referees? We’ve had him three times now – he’s been horrendous in all three..."
Oxford United manager Karl Robinson has called for referee Ollie Yates to be sacked after his side’s late defeat at Gillingham on Saturday. Yates

Pretty cagey first half, not much going on. Oxford well versed in the dark arts, and a pretty poor referee who has given some odd decisions for both sides.

Oxford far more capable and threatening than Argo in attack. They are clearly far the better team. Only a matter of time before they score.

Very important 3 points, not the best game but a hard earned win, which is just what is needed at this stage of the season.

Only three points off the top two unfortunately they have a couple of games in hand, but anything is possible.

Incredible result against the top scorers in L1. Not many seriously thought we had a chance against these.

Excellent win, far the better team in the second half, just hope injuries don't balls it up for us.

If we deffo make the playoffs, for the last game of the season, I recommend a one-off Mutley MK Dons Mash-up at The Fortescue. I'll bring the pyro and the sausage rolls.
