| That penalty had gone in what were the chances of putting them away? I'm guessing Chelsea would have had enough quality to see it through and they would have been bookies favourites but fook me that was as close as we've ever been to putting a big team away. |

| Well , we just do not know do we.
Posted two comments on a youtube Chelsea post match thingy and said Chelsea were not that great , Argyle making the blues look poor. I wished them all the best in the FA Cup with the good side that they have up there. One replied and said Argyle grafted and that Cooper was good.
My comment on the Chelsea post match thingy - Chelsea were not that great. As an Argyle fan I have to say that Steven Schumacher and the lads made Chelsea look poor !!. I thought you were going to hammer us badly. Anyway , hope you go on to win the FA Cup. For all of us down here in Devon , getting out of League One is the aim.
And the reply - Thought you worked really hard ,your keeper was magnificent.
Chelsea go to Lootown and Argyle can now concentrate on the league. |

| Covid has a lot to answer for,
took the "So called European champions" to a draw. Should have been a replay at Home Park. |

| Nice touch by German international defender Antonio Rudiger to pop into the Argyle dressing room to have a chat with Hardie.

Mate of mine went and said it was ridiculous how we didn't get battered by full ninety minutes he said Chelsea were just so good but we were throwing block after block in. Said Chelsea fans were full of praise for us and loads of them stayed to give our team a standing ovation. |

| The penalty miss really took the shine off a memorable day. When gillesphy popped up with that goal it was as big a euphoric goal moment as I can ever remember. Pandemonium all around us. Then looking around there were dozens of pockets of Argyle fans in both the East and West stands.
I’d been to Stamford Bridge before so knew it was a decent ground, but comparing it to Spurs new ground when we went to their match with Brighton Saturday evening, well, there was just no comparison. Jaw-dropping in every respect, and great to see Kane score a corker in the flesh!
