Lol nice to see Boris dressed up like a comedy copper in his beany with a flaccid lump in the top proper comical image. As usual the government is missing the target by miles and literally traveling in a different direction to the rest of the world. Good to see some movement in replacing some of the drug treatment facilities the Tories have cut over the years not only is it cheaper than prison it is more effective. As for taking peoples passports and drivers licences I guess that means for lower middle classes not solicitors and MP's who will be able to apologise and move on? I don't think that the government have the slightest idea of how prevalent Cocaine is among all classes not only in the UK but worldwide now. War on drugs is and always will be a complete and utter failure.
