Mayflower Grandstand will have a limit capacity until remedial works are completed.

Hallett joined the board in 2016. It's not like he found out about the plans in 2018. Tbf to him Brent wasn't going anywhere with the build and it was undoubtedly Halletts money that actually got it built, in defence of him he was sorting out the hangover of Brent's shitshow of epic proportions but it does look like a load of time, money and materials have been wasted. The main problem is that this wasn't taken care of when we were closed all of last season.
