Bristol Rovers F.C can today confirm the following changes to the first team staff.
Jack Mesure has left his role as first team coach to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere.
Mesure was appointed as Assistant Manager to Ben Garner in the summer of 2020 and has since taken up the post of first-team coach under current Manager, Joey Barton.
Goalkeeper coach David Coles, who joined the club back in September 2020, has also left his role.
Lee Mansell, who took on the role as Development Squad Manager in June 2019, has also departed the football club.
Miles Warren (Head of Medical Services) and Alun Andrews (Head of Sports Science) have both lefttheir respective roles within the medical and sports science departments.
Speaking about the changes to the first-team staff, CEO Martyn Starnes commented, "We would like to thank all the departing members of the first-team staff for their service.
“It has been a tough and challenging season, amplified by the impact of COVID and the results on the pitch.These changes have been made as we look to accelerate plans for next season.
"We wish Jack, David, Lee, Miles and Alun the very best in their future endeavours."
