Personally I've always left the fans forums to arselickers like you. Si hasn't shown any inkling yet that he wishes to change anything catering wise for POTD fans and after being ignored endlessly in the fans surveys I can't see a reason to start engaging now. He knows what the fans think I guess come next season we will see the massive difference that the second new catering manager and data anylitics provide. I won't hold my breath.
