Really wierd one happened on Thursday night, my bheys were around and one of them asked why my mate Nobby was called called Nobby, "because he's called Clark, all Clarks are called Nobby," I then went on to say the only Nobby that I've known not called Clark was Nobby Stiles. "Whose Nobby Stiles?" must have been having that conversation on the day he died. Wierd.

Bad news when another boyhood hero bites the dust,reminds you of your own mortality. RIP Nobby, saw him play at HP a couple of times-competitive little beggar who did a sound job on some dangerous opponents in the 1966 world cup and not a bad footballer either.
