I did raise this subject a few weeks back. Anyone on here going to the Wimbledon match tomorrow? A good opportunity to run the first ever away day FM me thinks!

I want this meet to be like a Fans Fest in every way but without the corny band, drafty marquee and endless cues for a free pastie. If you are still interested, please raise your hand jocolor

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I'm back for a short stay soon. Was thinking of popping down for Rovers or more likely heading for Northampton................. then I thought, can I really be arsed to spend that time and money to watch an excuse of a football match, in a plastic stadium, where I can't stand up or have a smoke and will be surrounded by gormless Avivas with more buckets than brains ?

Are you escorting Prince Harry on his Caribbean tour?

Blue Mountain is bloody lovely coffee. Still got some left from my trip a year or two back.

Good stuff. Though a pub to frequent beforehand is still something to be decided

If you got up at 0300 like me, then you could Wink I have to be at the ground for 5:45 to do the prep for co-commentating.

Gay.

I remember turning up at Barnet many moons ago with my 3 young boys. About 2k saw a 0 - 0 draw and they wouldn't let anyone in without tickets. Think that was a late decision too.
Football seems to enjoy shooting itself in the foot, or do they just not care how many paying customers they alienate ?

It was also on the Argyle site that they had very limited numbers of seats for away fans, so they would be going only to those 'with genuine need' whatever that is supposed to mean!
