Argyle prospect Rubin Wilson has joined Southern League Premier side Dorchester Town on a three-month youth loan.

A first-year professional, Wilson had initially agreed to join local side Plymouth Parkway on a similar deal a few weeks ago, but, due to an FA regulation, the deal could not be completed.

The Cornish striker made his first-team debut on his 18th birthday as a substitute in the Greens’ 3-0 victory at Swindon Town in the Leasing.com Trophy back in October, and has remained on the fringes of the senior side ever since.

its good for the lad to get regular football to aid his education but i do wish we could send our first year pro's to a team in a higher league like the conference or conference north/south if nothing else were the standard is higher,
