| I know there is a separate thread on the Half time board, but twitter rumours (Peterborough Chairman) this morning that an announcement will be made today that all this weekend's games will be played behind closed doors.
Darragh MacAnthony @DMAC102 · 30m Hearing from some sources that all games will be shut to public this weekend. But honestly think we all have to make it clear to efl we cannot play in empty stadiums etc. |

| Declare the whole season null and void because even if Argyle lost out it would be well worth it just to see the look on Kloppers face and the rest of the bin dippers..... |

Premier league clubs only get 1/7 of their money from gate receipts. It drops to 1/3 in the championship and below that some clubs are going to get badly hurt. |

| It is feared that large-scale public events could be cancelled and football games across England could be played behind closed doors due to the coronavirus outbreak.
However today it has been confirmed that there are no plans to stop fans from attending the match, which is being held at Home Park on Monday, March 23.
Both Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City have warned that players won't be shaking hands or signing autographs but otherwise there will be no significant changes.
A spokesman for Plymouth Argyle said it was "business as usual" for the club. He added that they were in contact with the EFL (English Football League Championship) and "at this stage there is no reason to believe games won't go ahead as planned".
Last week the club introduced additional hygiene measures and encouraged all supporters to follow the official advice on identifying and dealing with the virus. |

They'll be jumping off Condos over there if they get denied lol |

| Callum Hudson-Odoi has now tested positive and the whole Chelsea squad have gone into self isolation. I think the PL will suspend games this weekend, not sure about the EFL. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| Fans need to accept that this season is over. The situation is going to get much worse over the coming weeks. Even games being played behind closed doors (which clearly will be announced very soon) will be increasingly difficult with more players being infected and whole teams in self isolation. What they do about champions, promotions and relegation is anyone's guess. One solution would be to have no promotions or relegation and start 20/21 with the the divisions as they are now. |
